Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and offered a gorgeous view, especially being on a higher floor with an early check-in bonus. The staff was incredibly polite and efficient, making my burger buffet experience even more pleasant. The location was a delight overlooking Lisbon and allowed easy access to the main avenue for shopping and local eateries. The dining experience was fabulous and truly made my day, even though it could have more diverse options. Overall, a lovely city stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and well-appointed, they were pretty small and not soundproof, which was a bit frustrating after a long flight. The staff, especially those in the spa area, were very helpful, but some were a bit abrupt. The location was nice, close to the shopping area and some great restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was excellent, with wonderful and varied choices every day.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were large and comfortable but lacked hooks for overcoats. The hotel's location proved to be convenient near downtown Lisbon, but the rooms looked completely different from the pictures shown during booking.
The hotel is located close to shops and restaurants, but the rooms are small and not up to 5-star standards with a large double bed. The service is trustworthy and extends from reception staff to management, but some chaotic incidents affected our stay. The location offers good connectivity but shows signs of aging. The dining experience is good overall, with a varied menu, yet lack of communication on breakfast options was disappointing.
The hotel's location is excellent, especially if you enjoy walking everywhere. The staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful, but the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. The dining experience is memorable with a fabulous choice of dishes. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel had well-maintained and spacious rooms with a large double bed, meticulously clean and cared for. While it could get crowded due to the influx of package tour guests, the size of the room was truly impressive. The location, though a bit hilly, was perfect for exploring the bar and restaurant areas, although dining options in the vicinity were limited. The dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff and a delightful breakfast selection. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The rooms are quite good sized for Europe, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, though lacking a kettle or ironing equipment. The buffet breakfast was good, making it easy to start the day right. Overall, the location is fantastic for exploring the city without any hassle.
The hotel rooms, although feeling a bit old compared to pictures, were clean, and the concierge service was very helpful. The service provided was ever so friendly and helpful, with great hospitality and a range of helpful amenities. The location was conveniently situated 1.5km from the harbor and close to luxury boutiques. The dining experience was amazing with a wide choice and excellent quality. The facilities were well-maintained and top-notch.
